CERTIFIED
The American Guild of Court Videographers (AGCV) has been established to provide the legal profession whith qualified and certified videographers who understand the Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 30(b)(4), and the Federal Rules of Evidence which governs the taking of video recorded depositions to be admitted in a court of law.
As a member in “Good Standing “of the AGCV and having met the requirements for certification, Avista Video has been awarded the designation of “Certified Court Video Specialist,” (CCVS) by the nation’s largest legal video organization exclusively training and certifying legal organization exclusively training and certifying legal videographers with membership throughout the U.S., Canada, Australia, the Orient and Europe.

PROFESSIONAL
For video recording depositions, we offer a wide array of professional grade equipment to obtain top quality audio and video. We use the finest grade in video recording disks and tapes and provide the stenographic court reporter with a complete set of audiotapes of the entire deposition at no cost to them.
Avista is prepared to do a single or two-camera shoot covering the deponent, any exhibits and the deposing attorney if request.
